02 — Grow it

We don't manage feeds. We build things people want to watch.

An always-on content engine: strategy, recurring short-form, original formats, testing and paid amplification behind whatever wins.

The problem

A posting calendar is not an audience.

Most social retainers optimise for output. Something goes up every day, engagement flatlines, and after six months you have a graveyard of competent posts. Audiences are built by content people would choose to watch if you weren't paying to put it there.

  • Consistent posting, flat follower graph
  • Great product, boring internet presence
  • One good launch, then silence
  • A founder brand everyone agreed to build and nobody did

What you get

Turn your company into something people follow.

Strategy + Creative + Distribution. Every engagement runs on all three, or it doesn't work.

01

Creative strategy

The angle, the formats, the recurring characters or devices your channel will be known for.

02

Recurring production

Short-form shipped every week — shot, animated and edited in-house, not sourced from a freelancer pool.

03

Original formats

Series and social-first concepts that give people a reason to come back, instead of individual posts.

04

Organic distribution

Publishing across every channel with hooks, captions and timing tuned per platform.

05

Content testing

Everything is a test. Watch-through and save rate decide what gets made more of.

06

Paid amplification

The winners get spend behind them so organic proof turns into reach you control.

Scope of work

  • Creative strategy
  • Recurring content production
  • Social-first concepts and formats
  • Short-form video at volume
  • Campaigns between the always-on work
  • Organic distribution
  • Content testing
  • Channel strategy
  • Paid amplification on the winners

When companies call us

  • Nobody knows the product exists
  • The company looks boring online
  • A founder brand that never got built
  • Great launch, no follow-through
  • A category you should own but don't

We don't manage feeds. We build things people want to watch. Everything we know about growing an audience, we learned by growing our own — then applied it commercially.

How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

01

Audit

Channel read: what's landing, what's dead weight, what your category is ignoring.

02

Formats

We build three to five repeatable formats and prove them in the first month.

03

Engine

Weekly production and publishing cadence, running continuously.

04

Compound

Winners scale, losers die, the format library grows every month.

Questions

Before you ask.

How long before we see movement?+

Format testing runs through month one. Most clients see a clear breakout asset inside 60 days, and compounding by month four.

Do we need to be on camera?+

No. Roughly half our engine work is animated, product-led or design-driven. Founder-led just tends to be cheaper and faster when the founder is good on camera.

Who publishes?+

We can publish directly or hand off scheduled assets. Most clients give us channel access after the first month.

Is there a minimum term?+

Three months on the Content Engine. One month on Starter.

Build something people follow.

We learned this by growing our own audiences first. Now we do it commercially.
